Elan only has AT&T as single internet provider and residents lack freedom to chose.  Moreover the internet is DSL (copper) and not very reliable.  After inquiring with AT&T it has come to light that AT&T brings Fiber Internet up to front gate of Elan but then downgrades to copper and internet speeds are downgraded from 1GBPS to 75MBPS.  

Most of us require reliable high speed internet and as residents of Elan Luxury Apartments we request the front office to have AT&T bring in fiber into the community so that residents can have reliable high speed internet like the neighboring apartment complexes.
