02/14/2022 our English Bulldog, Bevo, was taken to Crazzy Pet Grooming at 13001 Eastlake Suite 117 and was dead 2 hours later. The owner of the shop never contacted us but simply took Bevo to the vet next door where they were unsuccessful in their attempts to save him. We were able to obtain video clearly showing Bevo was being mistreated and we believe it lead to his death. The owner took zero accountability for what had happened and has since resorted to blame us by claiming we knowingly took a sick dog to them. Bevo was a healthy 9 year old English Bulldog.

After posting our story online many other victims have shared their negative experience with this groomer, a few had also lost their pets after taking them to Crazzy Pet Grooming. Since Crazzy Pet Grooming is outside of the El Paso city limits they do not have to abide by the same ordinances as city groomers. A business caring for people's beloved 4 legged family members with unexperienced employees and poor management should not be allowed to continue operating. We do not want anyone else to go through what we are going through, we do not want another animal to be mistreated, seriously hurt, or dead at the hands of Crazzy Pet Grooming.

Please help us shut down Crazzy Pet Grooming and keep our community's pets safe. Please help us get justice in the name of our goodest boy, Bevo.
