Casey Garcia posed as her 13 year old daughter in a day of a life at her middle school.
She did so to prove a point about the teachers and principal not noticing the 35 year old mother in disguise. She feels the kids deserve better security then this. The kids deserve better protection.
During the day, she has had a conversation with the school's principal along with the teachers without anybody noticing!
After posting her videos, the Elizario Independent School District notified the Sheriff's Department.
She said she made it to seventh period before a teacher noticed. She said most of the staff was more concerned about her walking around with her phone out.
“I did this to prove a point, I’m a parent, I proved that I could get through the public school system and I made it without any problem. We need better security at our schools,” she said.
Investigators met with school administrators. Later, they went to Garcia’s house to serve two warrants, one for criminal trespass and the other for tampering with government records. She took video of the encounter and shared it on social media.
She was jailed on those charges as well as an unrelated traffic warrant. She was released on $7,908 bond.
This petition is to Free Casey Garcia of all charges!! This is at the fault of Elizario Independent School District. Not the mother's for looking after the children!

She was given 2 unfair charges due to this incident. For an application for expungement cost about $150 alone. That is not including the cost of having her charges freed. A misdemeanor is a maximum of $1000 for each charge. A felony can be a maximum of $2500 for each charge.
Her charges for trespassing is insane since she is the mother of the child going to that school!
And when you think it couldn't get any crazier, she was also charged for tampering with government evidence due to this incident.
Lets help Free Casey from these Charges!
She stood up for not only our children but the parents!
The School Districts should be the ones to get the charges, NOT the parents for their voice and concerns! Let alone showing the evidence against them!!
