On May 21, 2019 our City Council Members decided to discontinue the Bulk Trash program due to Cost increase, blithe, and low community participation.  We the residents of El Mirage are concerned and urge our leaders to act now to reinstate the Bulk Trash Program immediately. We understand rates will increase to our water bills in the amount of 3% starting 2023 then 2% the year after. This petition is for El Mirage Residents Only.
