Today on febuary 25th, 2020 Residents of El Grande mobile homes park; located in Hicksville Ohio received a notice taped to their front doors. The notice remarks about the trailer park being sold and upcoming changes in lot rent, effective March 1st 2020, among the new set of rules is a listing of dog breeds that are declared "Dangerous" by El Grande's insurance company. This list includes breeds such as: Rottweilers, Pit-Bulls, Shepards, Dobermans, wolf breeds, Bulldogs. The list continues on to include "exotic" animal types such as: Ball pythons, boa constrictor, outdoor cats, etc. These new rules are coming with only a 4 day notice to residents! Not only will this force, good, hardworking people out of their homes but it can/will put countless animals in shelters which will likely be euthanized. People that love their animals will be forced to move or be evicted from the place they have been for years. People who cannot afford to move with such short notice will be forced to surrender their beloved animals! This is unjust and unfair to the residents of El Grande. Stand with them and their fight to keep there beloved animals at home with them! With enough signatures we can beat this!!
