For decades, San Mateo Rizal get its provincial income through “Quarrying”, this work helps Province of Rizal to have a big budget. On its first few years the quarry became a popular job in San Mateo and a lot of citizen quickly join on the job. The time past and the Mountains that being quarried became a dead and unfruitful mountains because of its big spot or slice on its foot. The residents on the foot of the Mountain became scared because they are more susceptible and vulnerable for landslides, and on that scenareo, we quickly act and make a project ”Save the Mt. Mataba Project” and we are making petition to stop the quarrying in San Mateo. Our group wants to create a petition that all of the citizen of San Mateo will cooperate and sign for the stopping of quarrying. We will also create a page on Facebook so that lot of netizens will awaken up that the mountains of San Mateo will vanish and destroy if the quarry will continously implemented. We will quickly start our project as soon as we completely acquire all the things that we need to start our project. The creation of our website will be more than a week and we will start our promotion after the webpage is done. Also we need sponsors or support to do this project, we need financial support, labour support, volounteers and transportation.
