Our students at William Monroe Middle School have less than 30 min to eat their lunch. Kids who have to wait to buy their lunch only have a few minutes to eat. It is very important for our kids to be able to have enough time to finish their lunch. With less than 30 min they are being rushed through lunch. Some of them don't get a chance to eat and some of them cannot finish their lunch. This could cause concentration problems, lack of energy and can affect their academic performance. We, as parents, realize the need to give our kids more time at lunch so we demand the school allow 45 minutes for lunch.
