Senior trips that were canceled by EF Explore America Tours due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak should be refunded in FULL, ALL travelers’ trip costs minus the travel protection plan cost per traveler since the reason for cancellation was out of the school or the travelers’ control. The cancellation was due to a National Emergency not voluntary of the travelers. 

A future travel voucher for an EF tour at a later date is not sufficient as these seniors will not get their senior trip together with their classmates back. The Coronavirus financial hardship on families is hard enough without families losing $750 per traveler of the $2000 they paid for their students’ senior trip! The students, parents & class sponsors have worked tirelessly for 4 years to earn this money.
