I am tired of corruption. In my police department, I was the only Black patrolman. When I complained of a hostile work environment, I was fired. 

I was fired after not forcibly resigning on October 23, 2019. On November 21, I filed charges of racial discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. I’ve been without pay for 4 and a half months, as they have withheld my paycheck and attempt to block my unemployment. 

I want you to join me in the fight against hostile work environments, retaliation, racial discrimination, and harassment within law enforcement.

At the agency, I had sex toys (like a pink dildo) stuck to my police cruiser and left inside of it. Pictures were then posted and sent and the department and township on multiple occasions. 

When I took community outreach photos at a township football game, I was compared to a child molester.

I was the “Black Sheep” in the department. I was the 3rd African American Police Officer in the township and 3rd African American employed by the township since 1860. In Rising Sun, Maryland, the population is 95.8% white and 0.7% African American. 

In my time at the agency, I was the leading DUI/DWI arresting officer, as well as the leading traffic officer for written citations.
