The bathrooms in Edwards Middle School and the schools surrounding it are outdated and filthy. Kids in my school are nice but when it comes to bathroom usage it brings a rather ferocious side out of them. The toilets are filthy, most of the sinks are broken and the floors are decorated with urine and sometimes even poop. We students shouldn't have to watch our every step when we go to relieve ourselves. Our schools would run a lot smoother and look a lot nicer if we'd have cleaner bathrooms. Some ways we could help fix this problem are having a reward system for however many days we keep the bathrooms clean in a row, or we could make the students participate in helping the janitors every 2 or 3 weeks to make them see how time consuming cleaning bathrooms are every 5 times our bathroom situation needs to be addressed. It sounds a little complicated but I'm sure once it's implemented it'll make a lot more sense.
