If bringing FiOS to the Town of Brookhaven is important to you, please consider sharing the link again on social media: Facebook, Twitter, Nextdoor, or text it to some of your friends and family that live here and are also being charged outrageous amounts for TV and Internet service by Optimum.

Our goal is 4,865 signatures, which is 1% of the town of Brookhaven's population of 486,599 residents. 

One percent. That means every time you walk into the grocery store, a few of the people you see will have signed. It is a lofty goal, but with that level of engagement, our elected officials will take notice.

Once that one percent goal is reached, I will be submitting the petition to the town councilmen. 

Also, every time we exceed that goal by 1%, for convenience, 10,000, 15,000, ... signatures I will be sending an update to our elected officials letting them know the base of support continues to grow.
