Students around the island need school buses with air conditioning  because of medical issue. Due to the fact that Guam's temperature can  become so intense, that  the child can possibly get an asthma attack while on there way to school or  to home. When it hits raining season, kids in the bus can't breathe because theirs no air circulation in the bus.  If DODEA kids can have air conditioning then why can’t  public school kids have air conditioning!  What happened to the money that’s  going to provide new school buses? How come there’s no brand new school buses roaming the island of Guam?  Where’s the money going? The need of action needs to happen now!
