Education system in Kashmir has been deteriorating vehemently from past many years not only by the situations prevailing but also by the narcissistic,puffed up,swollen-headed,egoistical and self conceited ilk.In the same caboodle lies a man who is roughsod,domineering and tyrannical in his cerebration,mentation as well as in actions.Mushtaq Ahmad Malik is such a wildcat who leaves no stone unturned to make the lives miserable.A person reaching heights now,locking the students in a classroom for his own fiscal interests is entirely reprehensible.Lately a bunch of students were locked down for not paying their school fees.A proper way to address the issue was to inform the parents rather that torturing the students.Not the first time,he has antecedently been barbaric making the students stand in the shivering cold for being a minute or two late.Students,teachers and parents have been protesting and dissenting from past seven years almost but no one bats an eye.Iqbal Memorial Institute used to be one of the finest schools in the valley but narcissistic and dictatorial attitude of the principal had lead to complete descent of the reputation.The black sheeps like him need to superseded.The solution to this problem is that we need to get rid of him as the principal so that ones who are suffering and the ones who will suffer get a compassionate and benevolent school heads.
