I’m signing this petition demanding the education board of Karnataka to direct its Universities especially ”VTU”(because itseems cold hearted towards its students) to either promote all the UG and PG students to the next semester/level without conducting exams OR do offline classes for 2months and then conduct the exam. 
Because the online classes have impacted less on the all grades of students.

so it’s a request either promote all the students to next level or conduct offline classes for 2or more months before conducting final exams.
