Based on a non-partisan and academic investigation on Mr. Hassan Rouhani's Ph.D. thesis, it has been found (Rouhanithesis.com) that he has plagiarized significant portions of his Ph.D. dissertation from other sources. The extent of plagiarism in his thesis ranges from 39 to 82 percent, varying in different chapters of dissertation.

We, the undersigned, call on the Education Department of the Scottish Government and Glasgow Caledonian University to initiate a formal investigation and revoke Mr. Rouhani's academic title.
