Due to my own experience and my abuser being smart, but not smart enough I’ve come up with an idea on how to tackle the number of rapes we face as a country. 
I feel that as a nation not enough people know what levels of sexual abuse is out there and as most rapes reported happen within relationships, knowledge is key. 
My idea is;

Whilst teaching children during sex education in high school that not only are they educated about why we have sex and how to practice safe but how to have a healthy sex life and educate them on how to protect themselves. 

I feel that to tackle this issue what they should do is add a talk from a child psychologist who knows about abuse to educate teenagers on what is right and wrong when it comes to sex and consent as well as about the levels of abuse to the high school curriculum. 

I have emailed SQA with my idea and requested to contact the board and to back up my hypothesis I need evidence so please help me by signing this petition so I can make the change.
