Something is wrong when I know more about each school board members personal lives by sitting in the audience of public meetings but I can’t have my voice heard on issues that concern the district, my children, and my tax money.
Something is wrong when I receive personal letters, non-district or school board letters, sent to my home address by Board President Ann Williams and School Board Vice President Darlene Breaux, on two separate occasions but my emails to the school board are blocked preventing me from filing grievances in accordance to written board policies; as well as my Certified Mail is refused to be signed for by the district and returned to my home as undeliverable. The final straw is that Alief Superintendent HD Chambers gave a directive to Alief staff not to sign the delivery verification letters that I type up either when I attempt to have deliver letters to the administration build, he himself have refused to sign for my delivery notification, telling me that he simply is not going to do it nor does he have to do it.

Alief School Board elections are coming up in November of 2019. Make sure that you vote!
