Where is the protection for the communities?

As a district parent and tax payer I would like to know who is responsible for ensuring the best interest of Alief community members attempting to navigate the formal grievance processes.
As a district parent and tax payer I would like to know who is responsible for protecting Alief community members against Alief Independent School District’s Administrators, Superintendent, and Attorneys/General Counsel.
As a district parent and tax payer I am concerned that Alief community members who file grievances against Alief ISD are being held to the same standards as a licensed attorney in order to successfully navigate the grievance processes that are supposed to be established to protect the community; a community which Alief ISD states is socially and economically disadvantaged by a staggering 85%, and 34% are families whom are English Language Learners?
As a district parent and tax payer I am concerned that Alief community members and staff, who file grievances against Alief ISD or district employees, are being retaliated against by Alief’s School Board and administrators.
Alief Independent School District’s (AISD) school board continues to willfully and knowingly relinquish their governance authority and responsibilities to district administrators and human resources personnel whom are not qualified to hold their HR positions with the district. The school board is, was, and remains in violation of their government responsibilities as they relate to all matters in Mr. Barone’s numerous district grievances. By the school board willfully relinquishing their governance authority to administrators, AISD school board trustees and administrators continue to unlawfully violate AISD’s regulations, AISD’s local board policies, AISD’s legal board policies, and Mr. Barone’s civil liberties, the Bill of Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the United States Constitutional rights of Mr. Barone; more importantly, Alief School Board Trustees are willfully an intentionally violating the sworn oath which they all took when accepting their duties as Alief School Board Trustees.
Alief School Board elections are coming up in November of 2019. Make sure that you vote!
