An Alief History Lesson in Retaliation

They say that history has a pattern of repeating itself. Unfortunately I am way too familiar with this course of injustice and organized crime, all funded by my (our) tax money.  

My level one grievance hearing lasted all of 2 1/2 minutes because Alief HR Director Darrell Alexander and Alief Attorney Jon Erik Nichols refused to answer my questions of why my (our) tax money is being used to pay Attorney Jon Erik Nichols to sit in on a level one grievance, why I was not advised that the districts attorney would be sitting in on my level one grievance so that I could have brought my own attorney with me, why Alief ISD was violating their own grievance policies by not having the lowest district administrator hear my grievance and not the districts attorney, as written in the board approved policy GF (LOCAL).
