We, the undersigned, oppose the construction of the large three-storey house and two-car garage in river valley parkland. We encourage our councillors to either expropriate the land in accordance with the MGA s644, or find a way to swap the land in exchange for other equally valuable land. We request this in order to protect the parkland beside Mill Creek for future generations.
