I used AI to write the previous description so I'm writing this one by hand, or... phone. Originally this was about completely removing halloween cosmetics. I've thought on it more and considered better and I've found a better way and a compromise for things. 

I am not the best problem solver. I did not come up with this ideas, credit goes to my discord friends who I will not name for sake of privacy. 

However, I do encourage signers and viewers to review and critique, and improve on these ideas.

A problem in the TF2 community is the cosmetics regarding halloween restrictions and the absurdity of said cosmetics. I, would have liked to have all restrictions removed but to do that would be very unstable and unreasonable. However, I like compromise so if it were to be to allow to vote to turn on halloween mode was allowed all year round to no cost? That would make it so that casual servers with a fair bit of nice and friendly people can enjoy casual servers in a silly manner. For those who think its distracting and upsetting to see some halloween cosmetics year round, the vote is always an option to deny. I dont think eternaween should be something that costs money. I also dont think people should be forced to go to community servers because the search engine is very wonky.

All in all, I just want a change so I can enjoy my halloween cosmetics when I want.
