I would love to provide you with more news but unfortunately I really don't have any as I am still awaiting answers to my questions from my email of the 1st of July 2019.(See previous Update for details)
I have again sent emails to both Andrew Constance MP - Minister for Transport and Infrastructure and also Melanie Gibbons MP for Holsworthy (remember Melanie received the credit for the $49 million in Election Promises before the Election).
I would encourage you to also email the Minister for Transport and your Local MP asking the following questions
1) Has a timeframe been set to commence the process of building a Multi Level Carpark at Edmondson Park Station?
2) Has a site been selected yet?
3) Have plans been prepared?
4) Have tenders for construction being called for ?

I also meant to advise about the 31st July 2019 Meeting at Liverpool Council. A Motion to provide the community assistance with the Car Parking Crisis was put forward but was defeated. You can read the Minutes on pages 51 and 52

The 4 Liberal and the 2 LCIT Councillors Voted against the Original Motion
Vote for: Mayor Waller, Clr Hagarty, Clr Kaliyanda, Clr Karnib and Clr Shelton Labor
Vote against: Liberal Clr Ayyad, Clr Balloot Clr Hadchiti, Clr Hadid
LCIT Clr Harle Clr Rhodes
The Motion that was passed is as follows :"That Council write to the relevant Minister as well as the Premier reminding them of their commitment of providing commuter parking at Edmondson Park Train Station and request a firm time frame of the delivery of such parking provisions"
I will be writing to Liverpool Council asking IF they have received any replies themselves and suggest you do the same.

Finally I did Have a Little Bit of Luck via Melanie Gibbons FB Page were I asked about the issue on the 29th August 2019 when she was in the Parliamentary Estimates Committee.
Apparently things are "On Track" and there will be more Car Parking Provided by "Mid 2020" now I will post the Screen shots on my page on Thursday the 12th at 6am so you can read for yourself.
