Loyal Edenvale Community are being dinied community council servces for refuse collection, water breakdowns. The community is paying for services not rendered by the council. The council has not been efficient in delivering services to the Edenvale community and yet the council is sending penalty invoices for late payments of bills and yet there is no refuse collections. This petition is a wake up call for the council to understand its obligation to serve the community and keep the city clean. The community is doing its part to pay rates and taxes and the council has an obligation to deliver the services.
