Say No to the new $400+ million power plant on Guam. YES to renewable energy.

Say No to the new $400+ million power plant on Guam. YES to renewable energy.

The Issue

Government of Guam wants to use $400+ million dollars on a new fossil fueled power plant. There are so many huge countries that are already switching to renewable energy and are ran on renewable energy. Building a new power plant is taking a step backwards not forward. Guam can use that money to make renewable energy from wind and solar. We the people need to come together not only for Guam but for our neighboring Islands that are drastically suffering from Global Warming that is caused by Carbon emissions. Carbon emissions come from burning fossil fuels that create energy. Palau and the Marshall Islands are flooding due to Carbon emissions. Please sign this petition to stop the build of a new power plant and to start the build of renewable energy!
