In answer to the petition that is circulating around the town wishing to lose the black horse its music licence please sign this one to keep the original one which has been running for 15 years and/or to extend the licence for bar and entertainment until 2 am... We at the black horse feel the 18-30 year old generation have no where to go so they all go out into Exeter.. By having a later bar will encourage people to come in to the town for the evening, we do not want to lose the facilities in the town without offering an alternative.
