'How Bad Can I Be' was the climax of the 2012 musical adaptation of Dr. Seuss' book 'The Lorax'. 'HBCIB' failed to get the message of self-destruction across and made it seem like it was something all humans do. 'Biggering' was a demo recorded for the movie which would have been the film's 'HBCIB' but was still included in the soundtrack along with other cut demos.
