This company is an online flower retail service registered in the state of New York as "New City Florist". Their website comes up as one of the top links when searching local flower shops, yet they are a nationwide company, with no local flower shops. They do not deliver their products on time, and sometimes never deliver them at all. With 719 complaints filed against them through the Better Business Bureau and countless consumer complaints online, I believe this company needs to be investigated for dishonest business and unethical practices. Charging consumers their hard-earned money for guaranteed products, and not delivering promised products, or not delivering at all is dishonest business.
