ट्रान्सहार्बर मार्ग जो आता खुला आहे. त्यामुळे तो पुढे रेवस रेडी सागरी किनाऱ्यावरील रस्ता तसेच करंजा रेवस मूळ ह्याच्याशी जोडला जाऊन त्यामुळे अलिबाग गावाचा विकास दक्षिण मुंबईसारखा होणार आहे. सदरच्या जबरदस्त विकासामुळे अलिबाग हे केवळ एक शहर म्हणून नावारुपास येणार नसुन सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेल्या चंदिगढसारख्या मान्यवर व उत्कृष्ट रचना असलेल्या भारतातील अग्रगण्य शहरालासुध्दा मागे टाकणार आहे.
