Buyers that scam the Ebay site to defame accounts and purchases in order to extort additional money off in exchange for feedback removal, or are just predators, are allowed to roam from purchase to purchase without Ebay telling them they cannot abuse the site. Ebay sides w/ buyers, & their plan was to take money from their only asset, which are the sellers, & ignore all laws in the process. This lawsuit against both Ebay & Paypal can have both civil and criminal consequences for such buyers. Each case of defamation, can result in damage awards to each of us. Ebay had refused to ever modify their process, or fix feedback & they have destroyed businesses across the globe. In one case, I put criminal charges out on a buyer for such criminal abuses, & we need to hold both Ebay & these buyers accountable, so they do not take our items, get a perfect thing that they ordered, & then try to use extortion to accomplish anything. The buyers that do this, do it over and over, but Ebay protects them until they cross the line, & even sometimes after that.
