Paypal has frozen David Seaman's account 2 times, with funds remaining in his account. Paypal is NOT A BANK, and they are a mediary between vendors & your bank, and to try to hold your money it's is a crime, a big one, goes right to larceny and grand theft, at a federal level. Paypal does not even have a right to hold your money, and neither does Ebay, but they have done this to many accounts, and it's a globalist control tactic, that they cannot get away with. Your money is yours, not theirs, and harassment, discrimination, and locking you out of your account are huge criminal acts that have to be stopped. But for the small stores and sellers on Ebay, we always think it's about us, it happens that they do this to anyone, and need to use USA laws, not sharia law, which means no law
