There are buyers that contaminate the Ebay site and even resort to trying to blackmail sellers. This is when they have become too predatorial, and think that no state laws apply to them, and that they can use the site to try to threaten, bully and blackmail, while ignoring state law. Ebay has to adhere to state laws, and to protect sellers, and stop allowing for feedback abuse. Tonight, they just removed such "blackmail" feedback, and this is one case out of thousands, but it's a step in the right direction. Thank you Ebay for saying no, to buyer blackmail.
