Abolish the new "Seller Performance Standards"

The issue

  1. It is only measuring at most the last 12 months.
  2. It does not recognise a seller who has been great for many years and punishes them for 1 mistake.
  3. It allows buyers to rate the seller based on postage, handling time, item as described and free postage. Most buyers just click without knowing what they are clicking.
  4. Ebay customer service are trained ROBOTS and have no authority to review cases.
  5. Ebay's escalation process is non-existent.
  6. There are many good sellers who have been tarnished because of this new ratings system and lost all their selling privileges.
  7. Ebay have not recognised prior history (>12 months).
