As a resident, and homeowner, I care about my community. The City of Chula Vista Planning Department is set to approve in January 2019 a Recreational Storage Yard operated by Titan Storage, 6 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week with flood lights on all night. This land is operated by SDG&E where the high voltage power lines are located between our neighborhood and Eastlake High School. 

Join us! Because:

• Property values will drop drastically! 
• This type of storage yard will attract criminal activity that will spill over to our neighborhood and affect the safety of our children and the community by Eastlake High School and Olympic View Elementary.
• Why next to our homes? There is plenty of commercial space away from our homes for this type of storage. Do city leaders think we don’t care how we live?
• Traffic on Eastlake Parkway will get worst!
