Over 70,000 people rely on Carbonear Hospital and its' programs, including and especially the surgery department and specialists at this location.  Many  have families close by which makes a cold hospital  stay more palatible.  Loss of family physicians already has had a devastating effect on the surrounding communities.  To further erode these vital services would also have detrimental negative impacts on our local economies with certain loss of jobs in every sector from store clerks to construction to, yes, to the local fast food outlets.  Economic stability in the everyday lives of 70,000 people who are just starting to emerge from the deathly grip of  COVID is badly needed!!!  We 'd appreciate it if you,  THE PEOPLE, WOULD  HELP US SAVE OUR HOSPITAL WITH ALL ITS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES INTACT!!!!!  SIGN NOW
