Buying local has never been more important than right now, especially after the EU referendum.
In light of the unexpected U turn from the preferred operator chosen to run the new Wish Tower Restaurant (believed to be Rick Steins organisation - unconfirmed), we petition Eastbourne Borough Council to award the contract to a company local to Eastbourne - Ambience Catering.

Ambience Catering are the very essence of buying local. They have grown from small and humble beginnings to one of the best caterers in Eastbourne if not the South East.
Please do not waste this opportunity to show Eastbourne you are committed to improving business for Eastbourne and IN Eastbourne.

Bringing in a catering company from outside Eastbourne will mean any profit generated will not go back into the Eastbourne economy but be siphoned off to be spent elsewhere.

Awarding the contract to Ambience will mean money will stay in the local area and boost the economy further.
