The EKWMA and Environment , Pollution control board conduct highly suspicious and negligence in nature. Under what obligation these Department are exercising Complacent and delay tactics of justice?
Several orders of Calcutta High Court about this Ramsar Site Nazirabad village for Demolition of such construction not honoured by EKWMA and Law enforcement agencies since 2016 .
It is a fit case of wilful negligence which has fallen under the Rule / sections - 20- of EKW ACT 2006/2017 ie Disciplinary Action and punishment recommended against government employees/ Panchayet body / Police authorities/ department etc."
All Warehouse has been constructed illegally within Wetlands conservation site without having any permission or approval or NOC/ Licence from any legitimate department ( in this case EKWMA, WBSEDCL, POLLUTION Board , Fire Department , IRRIGATION DEPARTMENT, PWD, ENVIRONMENT, R D BLOCK Sonarpur, KHEYADAH-2 GRAM PANCHAYAT, NAREDRAPUR PS etc ). EKWMA has received all forms of complaint time to time( Since 2021) from citizens of Nazirabad ( Petition, mail, Picture ,Videos evidence, physical presentation to EKWMA etc ) but willfully failed to take SUO MOTO cognizance of the matter and not at all taken any actions to curtail such activities for Wetlands Conservation and preservation of flora & Fauna of Nazirabad village low land areas.
It is an act of collusion with land sharks and Godwon mafias so deliberate negligence of EKWMA and Law Enforcement agency including local panchayat body since majority of Godwon owner/ builder are resident of Nazirabad village only.
EKWMA & Narendrapur PS or south 24 Parganas District magistrate office failed to take strict action under the provisions of EKW ACT 2006/2017 ( Rule-11, 17,18,19,20)
