Earn citizenship by achieving state license in those trades.

If immigrants can earn citizenship through military service, why not through building Americas homes, schools, and infrastructure?

This is about rewarding hard work, filing labor shortages and strengthening communities. It's not amnesty-its earned through citizenship through services to the nations economy.
