THANK YOU for your support of our petition so far! We have reached more than 100 signatures in less than 48 hours! This petition, at the very least, provides hard data to our school board and leadership that parents have a vested interest in security upgrades to our school and are receptive to a conversation about keeping our children and staff safe.

Here's our ask for the weekend:

1. If each person who signed our petition got two more people to sign, we would have over 300 signatures and surpass our goal! We want the board to hear your voices and the voices of others who share our concerns.
2. Engage with our Facebook posts in the CSD Parent group here and here. Engagement boosts our visibility to those who may not have seen this conversation happening yet. 
3. Bring us your concerns and tough questions! We are not scared of challenging questions and tough conversations. We welcome differing views or worries about bringing this technology to our school would mean. Although we believe in this technology specifically, and would love to see it implemented, we want to hear about other ideas for security improvements to our school (someone even brought up the idea of bullet-proof glass for the front door).
