Qubo have been on the air for 14 1/4 years and been through a lot. Being owned by NBCUniversal, Corus Entertainment, Scholastics, Dreamworks Classic (previously Classic Media), and Ion Media. Now that Ion Media was sold to E.W. Scripps, they went ahead and announced that they were shutting down Qubo, Ion Plus, and Shop Ion and replace them with the Katz-owned Networks.

Qubo had a lot of trouble throughout the years. Mainly when NBCUniversal left the venture for Sprout, it was left out with the NBC and Telemundo blocks being replaced and the channel being exclusive to Ion's subchannel. Scripps basically closed it to demote it back into a block and spam the Katz Networks onto multiple stations.

This petition is to save Qubo as a brand with Scripps bringing back the channel and doing a rebrand with new indents. We may not get this to happen now or sooner but this is all the help we can get.
