Notably, however, Saul is no aimless wanderer but rather a man on a mission, spurred into action when he finds that a young boy has somehow survived the gas. And then I went to Warsaw and learned Polish and lived in Poland. Your character is trying to keep his own soul alive by saving the soul of someone else, but he feels that they re all dead anyways, that their death is just inevitable and that they ve already been killed in some ways, even though they re still alive. They were, in exchange, better fed and better clothed, but they knew that they would be liquidated in a few months. You cannot get rid of your genes. But the stolen images that our eye catches, of corpses and fires and desperation and chaos, make a deep impression.
