The current hold music is not a good reflection of the mood of the majority of people who are calling and sometimes waiting for hours to speak to somebody. Surely the time is right after years of austerity to change the hold music from Vivaldi to something more fitting like Sleaford Mods or Shaun Gambowl Walsh & The Plagiarists...
