First of all I want to thank you all for signing, I said I was going to fight I’m still going strong. I’m not backing down.
I attended my medical examination for my CDT test and Urine screening on the 24th of September at 09:20am, Synlab sent the results on the 1st of October 2020. Synlab resent the results on the 09.10.2020 as the DVLA have no record of them.
This complaint has now been forwarded to Sir Greg Knight for Parliamentary Ombudsman review, I feel the ICA have provided clarity but COVID-19 was mentioned a significant amount of times.
I appreciate the DVLA are affected by the Pandemic, but this complaint stems back to my revoked driving license In February 2018... COVID began in early 2020 not 2018. This should not be a big part of my complaint, yet remains the justification of a delay of 2 years and 8 months.
I’m truly tired of their excuses, I need answers. I can’t help but think who else is in the same situation if not worse, if we can start getting more signatures I would gratefully appreciate it. Let’s start adding the pressure, peace be with you all :)
