DG1 'Drug Abuse'

The medical condition given to me by DVLA was the above in the title, there is no real reason for this apart from a dark part of my past.

Surely once proven I'm not under the influence and that I have no medical condition would enable me to drive? I strongly believe the DVLA have no medical grounds to carry on refusing my license, they can see nothing is wrong yet I'm yet again paying for somebody elses mistakes.

DVLA are yet to respond but since then I have ramped up the pressure by reaching out to others in the same position on twitter. I am ensuring I get the attention of local MP's, news reporters and executive members of the DVLA.
