My Complaint is Still Un-Answered

I wrote to the CEO of the DVLA on the 04.08.2020, and quoted a 10 working day response time for my case. 

This still has not yet happened, I have since consulted my MP Sir Greg Knight to chase this up and the Driffield Wolds Weekly are doing an article. 

I hope this Article from the media reaches more members of the public experiencing the same issues.
