Findings On DVLA MEDICAL Advisors

I have since found that Medical Advisers at the DVLA are not Medically Trained, I found this out when DVLA started assessing a 'Head Injury' that never actually happened. This was found when calling DVLA on the 05/08/2020 at 13:00 Hours.

Unfortunately the Medical Department can't comment on this or appeal this as they're not medically trained, and solely rely on their approved doctors to make these decisions. So if the Doctor makes a decision you do not agree with, you have no way of contacting them to find out this information, this information then gets passed to the Medical team that funnily enough are not medically trained, and then the Medical Team try and pass this information over to you the Victim but can't explain to you what all this means as they do not have the training or permission to review this. 

I explained to the Adviser that if they were investigating an alleged head injury, they should have explained this to me and asked for a B1 Application Pack rather than an FEP1 Application Pack which is for seizures and blackouts.

The alleged 'Head Injury' was when I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner in Hull A&E regarding a migraine and leg injury when playing sports.
