Why I Got Marked as Non-Compliance the 1st time round

A brief update of what I was marked for non-compliance with my medical investigation.
When doing my examinations in 2019, my doctor at the Medical Centre had given me the all clear to drive. When I called DVLA they explained that was great news and could finally make a decision.
Based on that information I booked a work visit In Kent for quite a significant period, we were doing gaming machine rollouts across all the Caine’s Amusements, in Hernethebay and Shoreditch.
2 weeks into my visit in Kent, I was advised by an adviser I had two weeks to get back from Kent to goto yet again another Medical Appointment with a DVLA approved doctor, as for some reason my GP practice wasn’t good enough for them.
When I explained I was going to be in Kent and had no driving license to get to York, I asked the adviser to find me an alternative doctor in Kent due to work reasons not permitting me to get to York. Unfortunately, DVLA could not be flexible with this, and instead marked me as non-compliant when I had been given the absolute crystal-clear medical examination which came back with ‘Kieran is fit to drive’.
This not only proves that DVLA medicals are always ‘One More Step’, It’s been 3x years for me and I am yet to receive a definite answer.
Yet I have remained calm, done everything they have asked of me, paid every penny they have requested, attended any GP practice they wanted me to go-to, and searched for old medical records they requested which was nothing to do with my seizure.
