At Chaparral High School there is a rule where if you do not attend graduation rehearsal you cannot walk at graduation. Graduation rehearsal takes place Tuesday, May 17 and graduation will take place Wednesday, May 18. Some of our students have sworn into the military earlier this year and have some obligations with the military on the day of rehearsals. Once you have sworn in, these obligations are out of your control and you must attend. Due to this rule at Chaparral High School these students cannot walk at there own graduation that they worked so hard for. This is wrong, is this how treat our future men/women going to serve our country?
