This petition has been created on behalf of the members of the Durant OK Kids  Baseball League to urge the Board of Directors to remove Justin Alberda (League Commissioner) from office for lack of  proper performance and to prevent any further degradation of our league. Justin has repeatedly shown lack of integrity and disregard for the well being of this league by creating his own interpretation of the rules on several occasions for the benefit of himself and those in which he chooses, without regard for members of this league. 

Through manipulation and abuse of power, Justin has denied the rights of league  members by:  

1.  Refusal to hear complaints and concerns from league members.  

2.  Bullying those who do not agree with him by threatening banishment from the league.   

3.  Changing his own team's schedule to benefit himself on more than one occasion. 

4.  Ignoring the recruiting rule at the End of Season Tournament 2018 for his benefit.  

5.   Using league social media to promote his own personal tournaments.  

6.  Banning members from being able to communicate via league social media accounts.

7.  Using his power as League Commissioner to promote and push his parent's uniform store (whom are not even local) onto the teams and parents of this league.

8.  Repeatedly making rash decisions based on personal feelings towards members and coaches.  

9.  Misappropriation of league funds for personal use.

The members of the Durant OK Kids Baseball League can no longer tolerate this kind of  supposed leadership, and Justin Alberda continues to degrade the integrity of this league as a whole. We need a leader who is honest, fair, and upholds the rules that are set forth by  the OK Kids Baseball League.  We need a League Commissioner who will  listen to it's members, who abides by the rules, and is fair to every member. We do not need someone who is  willing to sacrifice the wellness of this league to feed their own ego and empower themselves and those in which they choose at the cost of the members in which they have been positioned to serve. We urge you, The Board of Directors, to remove Justin Alberda from the position of League Commissioner, and to move us forward as a respected organization that has the best interests of it's members as it's priority.  

We would also like to ask for a full audit to be performed on any and all league bank accounts since Justin Alberda took over as League Commissioner.
