How can Oldham council appoint a man to run the connections between all the pubs and clubs, the police, the council Licencing team and the CCTV??? IN 1984 he was charged with various offences ranging from deception, car crime and burglary in Doncaster magistrates court. He is now in a trustee position and quite clearly he is abusing his powers by making sure no other clubs open in Oldham so that his own nightclub stays on the top spot in Oldham. This is what is known as "a conflict of interest!!!" He uses the police and Licencing to bully other clubs causing closures. Oldhams Licencing are allowing this to happen and also backing it up, this is strangling Oldhams real efforts at moving forward and keeping us stuck with only liquid as the main club.
