For years people from around the  world are shocked by the atrocities committed towards animals ( especially dogs ) in Romania. For years most of these crimes remained unpunished because the Romanian Police did not do everything in their power to find, prosecute and punish the individuals who abused and killed animals.

Recently tens of dogs have been POISONED in Berbesti - Valcea County, and left to die in agony on the streets and in the parks of this town.

The unwilingness of Romanian Authorities to find and punish these barbarians has become notorious already, therefor we ask the Valcea County Authorities to show the world that THIS TIME , these individuals will be found, deferred to justice and punished in the most severe way. 

We know that there IS a Law for the protection of animals in Romania, 9/2008 which punishes with JAIL time the intentional killing of animals, and these people MUST go to jail, as well as the person who ordered them to kill the dogs ( if there is one). We also ask that the person who provided the POISON is also charged and punished.

Until then, we reserve the right to advise our friends and family members to avoid Romania as a travel destination as well as Romanian products.
